Data Analyst - Salford

The Performance/Data Analyst will be part of the team that is responsible for developing effective performance reports and leading improvement projects across the business, highlighting business risks and ensuring the Senior Performance Manager is kept up to date regarding business risk.

Duties Include: 

  • Capturing, validating and documenting business and data requirements ensuring they're in line with key strategic principles
  • Interrogating and interpreting large volumes of data to identify, support and challenge business opportunities
  • The design of performance management reports - daily, weekly and monthly

 

Experience & Qualifications: 

  • Proven experience of delivering data and analysis into the business, anticipating future requirements 
  • Excellent verbal and written communication, presentation and influencing skills
  • Previous experience in performance management or business improvement positions
  • Strong Microsoft Excel capability

 

Planner - Derby

Main Duties include: 

  • Take ownership of the pre-quote workstream, coordinating the work from receipt, through to pre-site.
  • Production of utility drawings to assist surveyors and digging teams in locating underground assets prior to commencing works
  • To provide a front-line telephone service to both internal and external customers.
  • To provide daily and weekly reports as required and to ensure that all service levels and objectives are achieved.
  • Management, escalation and resolution of Section 74 notices and other statutory penalties as appropriate

Experience & Qualifications:

  • Experience within the Utilities sector would be an advantage 
  • Be IT literate – Competent in Microsoft Office package
  • Strong written and verbal communication skill

 

Works Management Co-Ordinator - Maternity Cover 12 months - Derby

Main Duties include:

 

  • To provide a front-line telephone service to both internal and external customers.
  • To ensure that all the client and operational requirements are met in a professional and efficient manner
  • To maintain timely and accurate input and uploading of information in to the works management systems, ensuring that all issues are recorded and escalated.
  • To ensure the collation, co-ordination and distribution of the operational job packs.
  • Management, escalation and resolution of Section 74 notices and other statutory penalties as appropriate.

Experience & Qualifications:

  • Excellent Microsoft PC skills and telephone manner.
  • Advanced administration experience.
  • Accurate record keeping
  • Able to organise and prioritse own work
